These are the official Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​for​ Write for Life located at Lehi, Utah, herein known and referenced as Write for Life and Talk Wordy to Me. 

RETURNS 

Because of the release of password information and the ability for you to access the courses indefinitely as soon as you purchase them, we are not able to offer refunds. It is your responsibility to reach out if you received the wrong product or did not see it come through as it is provided both on the checkout page and in your email. 

ZOOM RELEASE

You​ ​give permission for your child to use their camera and voice on the Zoom recordings. If you would like to refrain from allowing your child to use their camera and voice during the lessons, you are responsible for muting them and turning the camera off. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

LIMITED​ ​LICENSE

Any and all materials, paid or free, that you access on this or any related domains that contain Write for Life offerings are under the sole ownership or licensed use of Company.

You​ ​may:

• Access the Offering for your personal use. Members within your household may also access the course but only one paying member of your household will receive writing feedback unless you purchase more spots.

You​ ​may​ ​not:

• Share the Offering with anyone outside your physical household who has not yet purchased it.
• Reprint or republish any of the Offering, in part or in whole.
• Distribute or reproduce any of the materials contained in this offering or related materials and/or communications as your own, otherwise known as stealing.
