The Fall Fitness Challenge runs November 4th-28th.

THE INS AND OUTS
There will be weekly prizes and two grand prize winners at the end of the challenge.
Work out every day for at least 30 minutes.
Get at least 20 grams of protein per meal.
Drink 60 ounces of water per day.
Complete a gratitude journal entry every day. (We'll post them on Instagram and Facebook!)
Take a before and after photo for extra prize entries.
Every time you post about the challenge & tag @kimandcourtfit you get an extra entry.

WHAT IF I WANT TO PURCHASE YOUR FITNESS PLAN?

WHAT FORMAT ARE THE WORKOUTS IN?
We will send you a pdf with two weeks of workouts, including demo videos. After that, you can repeat the workouts (promise you'll love them!), purchase our plan, or do your own thing!
